L&C Diesel Power ApS was founded February 1st, 1984 and is still owned by one of the founder Leif E. Lyhne.

L&Cis primarily occupied with the manufacture and sale of diesel and gas engine driven generating sets for prime power as well as for emergency stand-up operations.

L&C generating sets can be used as emergency power supply in applications where power failure in the public mains sector can lead to great human and economical losses.
Typically, installations are used in hospitals, banks, radio stations, insurance companies as well as in the plastic and chemical industries.
The equipment also is used as prime power in situations where no public power supply exists or where a connection to the public mains involves big high costs.
In Denmark we are also in a new business called “Balanced Power” where the generating sets are called to start when the public mains need extra power supply.

L&C have during the years established a solid clientele, which in increasing degree is demanding high performance and quality. The bulk of production today is specialized generation sets, often mounted in acoustic or weather proof enclosures or in specially built containers. The sets are sold to the home as well as the export market, beyond Scandinavia we export to such countries as Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Vietnam and several others.

L&C can in addition to supply of generation sets, offer to install and commission the sets at site for both the home and overseas market.
